Terms of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the subscription to Folioshift, a portfolio arbitrage simulation tool for stock portfolios, available at folioshift.com.
2. Price and payment
The Folioshift Premium subscription is billed at €6/month (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code), charged monthly by card via Stripe, on the subscription anniversary date.
3. Duration and renewal
The subscription has no fixed term and renews automatically each month. Users may cancel at any time from their account settings, with no notice period or fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period.
4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with French consumer law (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), users have a 14-day period from subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, contact folioshift@gmail.com. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the request.
5. No investment advice
Folioshift is a simulation tool. It does not constitute investment advice under the regulations applicable to French investment advisors (CIF). The data and scores displayed are strictly descriptive and should not be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
6. Liability
Folioshift provides a simulation tool for informational purposes. The publisher cannot be held liable for investment decisions made by users based on the simulations performed.
